- Stress Reduction through Mindfulness and Movement: Mindfulness is a moment to moment awareness of one’s experience without judgment. By learning to pay attention, on purpose and in the present moment, relationships are enriched, we are better able to cope with stress in our lives and the ability to listen to our body becomes natural. Private and group instruction available.
- Craniosacral Therapy: Gentle light touch therapy that contacts the spine, skull, diaphragms, and fascia to ease the restriction on nerve pathways and optimize the movement of cerebrospinal fluid. Used to treat stress, headaches, vertigo, ringing in the ears, anxiety and trauma.
